PLACING ORDERS

Opening orders: $125.
Re-order minimums: $100.
To place an order please email hello@sublimenco.com with the items and quantities you would like. Make sure to include a contact name, store name, mailing address, billing address, resale number and telephone number.
Or call 951.401.4097 if you would prefer to place your order over the phone.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made via cred card. Payment information will be collected when the order is placed and will be processed at the time of shipping.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time is 7 to 14 days. Please contact us for specific ship dates. SHIPPING Shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipping. Most US orders will ship via USPS Priority.
Shipping via a different or preferred carrier is available on request. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments. Sublime is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to the carrier.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept wholesale returns except for items damaged in transit. Please notify us of damaged items within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise, and we will replace it at no charge. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations made after the order has shipped are subject to a $25 restocking fee in addition to the original shipping costs.

PACKAGING

Products must be sold in their original packaging.
Boxed sets may not be broken up for individual sale.
